# GDPR

Since 25. May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in place in Europe. Should you use TeamCal Neo with users in Europe, these regulations apply.

One of the regulations is a proper data privacy and protection declaration to be shown on the website.

You can enable and tailor that declaration on the GDPR tab of the Framework Configuration page.
