You might want to set up certain rules that are checked when a user enters an absence. Such rules may lead to a declination of the requested absence.
The first tab “Overview” shows you a summary of the current status of all rules.
Little icons next to the tab title show whether this rule is activated or not. This marker does not take any scheduling into consideration.
The left column shows each rule, its title, description, value and schedule.
The right column displays status labels showing the current status of each rule. Here, the scheduling is considered:
- Active The rule is activated and within the active schedule
- Expired The rule is activated but the active schedule period is over
- Inactive The rule is not activated
- Scheduled The rule is activated and the active schedule is about to come
