User Absence Summary
This statistics shows the contingent, taken and remaining absences for a single user for the current year. You can select and filter with the buttons on top.
The Contingent is the result of the Allowance for the current year plus the Carryover from last year. The Carryover value can also be negative and can be set by the administrator in the user profile.
“Taken” shows the sum of all taken absences of the corresponding type in the current year. For absence types that have sub absence types (counts as), this value will be the sum of the absence type itself and all sub absences.
